Shipping Policy:

We offer flat rate shipping with tracking within the continental US:

USPS First Class – $10.00

USPS Priority Mail - $20.00

Orders are handmade upon order. Please allow 3-4 days for your custom order(s) to be made. We want to ensure that each order is handcrafted with care and finished with perfection. We carefully pack all jewelry orders inside small padded gift boxes that are nicely tied with a bow. Special gift wrapping options are also available at checkout.

If you need your jewelry by a certain date, we are happy to accomodate you. Please contact michelle@wethehatters.com before placing your order to discuss the best shipping methods.

International Shipping:

We ship Internationally! International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, Priority Mail International, or Express Mail International to anywhere in the world. Depending on the country, some orders can arrive as early as 1 week of shipping. USPS guarantees package arrival in 6-10 days for Priority Mail and 3-4 days Priority Mail Express. Once the package arrives, it is in the custody of Customs and is cleared shortly after.

Returns & Exchanges:

Since each one of our jewelry pieces is custom made-to-order, we are unable to honor returns and/or exchanges. If there is a defect in your item upon arrival, please contact Michelle at michelle@wethehatters.com immediately so that we can review your order.

Secured Payment:

This store accepts all major Credit Cards and PayPal. Credit Cards are processed through Authorize.net which automatically encrypts all confidential and personal information from the buyer (customer) to us. We are a verified merchant and PCI certified. If you are having issues with your check-out or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work to accommodate your needs.
